To find the appropriate errors and omissions rate, first check with your principal broker to find out whether the OFFICE you will be working in is located in the city limits or in the county.
If the office is located in the city limits, you must pay the amount using the
2008-2009 City Chart.
If the office is located in the county, you must pay the amount using the
2008-2009 CountyChart.
NOTE: These amounts are often different so to avoid any delay in the processing of your license,
please make sure you are paying the correct amount.
